We held a celebration of life for Lezley in Wascana Park, which was only fitting given the times that Lez and I had spent there when we were growing up.
We were joined by many family and friends. Some of our group had never been to Regina before and for others like Alec it had been a long time.
I wanted to celebrate Lez's life and decided that her artistry in quilts would be the perfect topic. As such, I had brought along a big suitcase of some of Lez's work which I duly showed off to every one in attendance.
